Returns Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. You are responsible for any payments due to returning the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Trailberg is not responsible for your returns until they land at our warehouse, so any lost returns will not be refunded. Proof of delivery must be given on return shipments.

Complete our returns form which will be located in your original delivery (if no returns form is included, please email support@trailberg.com to receive a new one).
Depending on your shipping carrier, it may take some time to receive your return or exchange, so please bear with us. We will try to process this as quickly as we can.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faulty items, we offer a full refund or exchange for a like-for-like item within 30 days of delivery. From 31-60 days, we will offer an exchange on a like-for-like item if available. If not available we will offer a refund. After 60 days from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or mystery boxes.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please add a note confirming your order number, preferred exchange style and size. Once your return is with us, we can then process and despatch your exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Klarna, ClearPay & Laybuy Returns
Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice period will be shown on your invoice. If you've returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, ClearPay or Laybuy, and the date that your payment is due is near, we'd recommend that you mark the item as returned on their website or portal.
You'll automatically receive a reminder if the date that your payment is due passes.
If you've received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna, ClearPay or Laybuy Customer Service.
If you're waiting for your refund: you'll get an updated invoice once your return has been processed by us. You'll receive your refund within 5-10 working days to your original payment method.
Please note that Klarna, Clearpay and Laybuy are independent payment companies and Trailberg has no influence over whether your payment is accepted or not.
